T4S Drives SAP Knowledge at the AUSAPE Forum 2025

T4S, a VASS Company, participated in the AUSAPE Forum 2025, held at the Marbella Conference Center. The event, organized by the Association of SAP Users in Spain, brought together companies, experts, and partners from the SAP ecosystem over two days to share knowledge, practical experiences, and strengthen collaboration among the key players in the sector.
In this edition, T4S presented a schedule of sessions focused on real case studies developed in collaboration with clients such as Redeia, Calidad Pascual, and VASS. These sessions addressed various areas of digital transformation through SAP solutions.
Redeia showcased its transition plan to SAP S/4HANA within the RISE with SAP framework, highlighting its approach to building SAP-standard extensions following the SAP Clean Core Approach. This strategy is supported by a technology environment based on SAP BTP. Calidad Pascual took part in two sessions: the first focused on how the company has improved the onboarding of new employees through SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding; the second explored how it uses data and Artificial Intelligence to optimize processes and deliver tangible business value. VASS shared its experience in converting to S/4HANA and implementing SAP EPPM, emphasizing how the tool enables a more structured project management approach and provides a global, integrated view of resources.
Additionally, the AUSAPE Forum served as a valuable opportunity to continue building strong relationships within the SAP ecosystem. The event helped reinforce partnerships, gain first-hand insight into new industry initiatives, and further contribute to the community’s development—not only through this event, but also via other channels in which T4S regularly collaborates with AUSAPE.
